I have duplicate archive values in PI which i want to delete. Can anyone help me to write INI code to identify duplicate timestamps and delete those.
If they are already in the PI Data Archive I don't think PI UFL can help. Instead you might want to look at writing a Powershell script.
Otherwise at least with the Connector for UFL in the data source settings you can select if the store mode is "update" (overwrite existing data) or "insert" (write two data values with the same timestamp).
Will it be possible to identify the duplicates and clear() those?
UFL is already set to "update" but the problem is its only updating the firstvalue and duplicates are remaining as it is, so need to remove those.
So can we use list in UFL INI code to store archived data temporarily and find the duplicates and remove those?
I can't remember if I tested what happens if there are multiple values already there, but I think it also cleaned that up.
However, "update" only works if the timestamps are completely identical - down to the last microsecond. What might be happening is that the timestamps of your duplicates are just a tiny little bit different.
