Dear OSIsoft member,

My name is Omar Sánchez and I would like to setup a discussion about a Tag which was recently created and it is not able to update the timestamp, that is, in the Archive editor window (SMT) , the last value was equal to "2" , according to the Event Time = 29/10/2020 10:11:08.
Actually, my colleague said to me that all of the new values after the point was created,  were written into the DA because of a modification of some Tag's attributes, using PI Builder.

Below you can see an image of the mentioned point and its values:

The configuration attributes of the mentioned tag (location1, location2, ..., instrumenttag, among others) are exactly the same as another tag, which is fully operational.

You can see all the details in the following two images , just below:

Why my Tag is not refreshing the timestamp? Why can I not gather new values from the pointsource even though another similar Tag, with same configuration, it is actually showing new values?

Thank you very much for your time in advance, I will really appreciate your comments and feedback

Regards,

Omar.
