Pass columns to Get-PIArchive

Seems to be conflicting methods for retrieving archive list via PowerShell.  On one hand you get everything via the CmdLet Get-PIArchive, but you get just the name of the archives from the static method OSIsoft.SMT.PIArchive.GetArchiveNameList.  I would prefer to be able to pass a list of columns to Get-PIArchive, like the name and start/end time.

On a related topic, are the static methods from the PowerShell snapin's OSIsoft.SMT namespace documented anywhere?
