Could not load file or assembly, AF Data Reference and Support assembly

I'm playing a little bit arround my first AF Data Reference:

My first step ("Step A") worked,

i created the dll , loaded into the AF with "C:\Program Files (x86)\PIPC\AF\regplugin" $(TargetPath) and in the System Explorer I saw, the behaviour I expected.
(the Data Refence showed the numbers)

Then Step B:

Then i added one of our libraries (where only some calculations are done) and then in System Explorer I get the following messages:

Could not load file or assembly 'xxxCalcEngine, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden.  (the last part means: could not find the file)

How i did step B:

Modified the register script:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\PIPC\AF\regplugin" $(TargetPath)
"C:\Program Files (x86)\PIPC\AF\regplugin" $(TargetDir)\PimsCalcEngine.dll /Owner:xxx.CalcEngine.DataReference.dll

the registration looks good:

PISystem (AF Server)'xxxTEST1', (cbfeb75e-d240-4fee-a540-fff34f14d975).

      1 plugins registered in 'xxx.CalcEngine.DataReference.dll [NET4]'.

  PISystem (AF Server)'xxxTEST1', (cbfeb75e-d240-4fee-a540-fff34f14d975).

      Found support assembly 'xxxCalcEngine.dll [NET4]'.

  Registered support assembly

      'xxxCalcEngine.dll'

      for xxx.CalcEngine.DataReference.dll'

      in directory '4.0'.

also with  regplugin /l everything locks good ?

Assembly 'xxx.CalcEngine.DataReference.dll'     (ba164450-79f2-4ab8-9e61-0231115136f6, 1.0.0.0, 2/17/2013 7:55:02 PM,     LoadProperties=[NET4], CompatVer=2)
Data Reference PlugIn 'xxx.CalcEngine.DataReference'       (77d63880-5684-49a8-8602-7f4807995017, IsBrowsable)
Support Assembly '4.0\xxx.CalcEngine.DataReference.dll'       (ba164450-79f2-4ab8-9e61-0231115136f6, 2/17/2013 7:55:02 PM, 1.0.0.0,       LoadProperties=[NET4])
Support Assembly '4.0\xxxCalcEngine.dll'       (381e4b5a-053c-736d-4361-6c63456e6769, 2/17/2013 7:54:59 PM, 1.0.0.0,       LoadProperties=[NET4])

Has someone any ideas ?

I played at least 2 hours with various ideas ... (rebooting server, copy files in directory, strip "calculations - library" clear of nearly every dependency, copy it in various different directories.. ) but no success.

Environment:

Windows 2008 R2
all the latest "public" Versions (Af 2012 Sp1,...)
Visual Studio 2012 / .net 4.0
