The colleagues have a lot better tools to support the kind of issues you are experiencing. Technical Support escalation procedures effectively rule the engagement of general mentors, product specialist and developers.
I briefly checked for known issues with display automation in ProcessBook 2012 but only found issues that are supposed being resolved with that particular version.
I installed latest version, and that fixed the issue. Should've tried that first. Thanks.
