This should something wrong when configure the Batches which has the error occur in you log. I suggest to call OSIsoft Techsupport team, and leave the log or do the remote session to solve this problem, as they are the expert to solve the errors from PI products.
I suggest you to call into OSIsoft Techsupport as it might be a little difficult to troubleshoot batch cases over the forum. Troubleshooting over a remote session with tech support will be more productive and we can find answers quickly too.
