    Osisoft PI & Customer Participation on Enhancement Requests

      Dear everyone !

       

      I found two very interesting links about enhancement Requests and how companies approach a process regarding this topic ?

       

      for me the process how osisoft processes enhancement requests is not very "transparent", maybe a system or a process like this would be a good way
