Display Select Attributes for Event Frame within AFViewControl

I have a winform c# application that searches event frames and displays them in an AFViewControl object.  Currently, I have two different event frame templates with different attributes.  I would like to set the displayed attributes for each event frame template prior to displaying the search results.  Currently, I have to click the button circled in red below and then open the "Select Attributes" form.   Is it possible to display the attributes associated with the selected ef template instead of manually selecting them?

Below is a snippet of code used to return the Event Frames and display in the AFViewControl:

AFNamedCollectionList<AFEventFrame> srchResults = AFEventFrame.FindEventFramesByAttribute(null, AFSearchMode.Overlapped, this.startDateTimePicker.Value.ToString(), this.endDateTimePicker.Value.ToString(), "*", "*", null, new AFAttributeValueQuery[] { attrFilter }, true, AFSortField.Name, AFSortOrder.Ascending, 0, 1000);

afViewControl1.AFSetObject(srchResults, null, null, null);

Thanks for the help!
