I have registered successfully for PI Cloud Connect service. But when I goto System tab of dashboard, I am unable to download the PI Connect.
I suggest to go to Techsupport for this question, as they might could solve this problem.

By tech support, you mean I should mail to OSIsoft techsupport or piccpreview team ?
The team responsable for this product said that there is an issue which should be fixed in a couple of hours. I will let you know when it is fixed.
