When will summaries mark values bad

Does anybody know on what criteria PI marks a data summary questionable or bad on. I mean, if I make an average of 5 or 10 minutes, how big must ptc good be, before PI will return a meaningful number?

Meaningful is up to the individual application...

Within PI AF, you can specifiy the pctgood required when doing data summaries. If the pct good is above, you get a value. If it's below, the value is "BAD".

Questionable is a separate flag that can be set by certain interfaces (e.g. OPC) or any application using the SDK's.
