I can see that Osisoft again changed the Forum.
I am the only one there think the new forum is way to hard to find what I am looking for?
The old forum was easy to use and gave a great overview over topics.
Sorry to hear you are going through hardship using the new platform. We used to have two completely separate communities which caused many issues for our customers. We also lacked several key features such as a high-performing search, agile platform to support different types of content, user recognition features, and integration with our Single Sign-On (SSO), among others. We are confident that this move will deliver more value to you and other customers over time.
Having said that, I have to add that we never consider our design final. We are always listening to feedback and strive for getting better. I really appreciate you sharing your concerns with us. On top of the suggestions provided by others on this thread please let me know if we can do anything else to make this transition easier for you.
Is there anything special you are looking for? I may try to help you to find what you are looking for.
You may find everything to get started here: Welcome to PI Square!
You may also look at this post from Jarita, it talks about goals of PI Square:
All the best of OSIsoft support, now online!
And also this one that gives guidelines about how to find content:
I hope this helps and let us know in case you have more questions or comments.
How do I find my old posts from the other forum? I need the answears to complete my task.
i don't think a site should be so hard to understand that i need to read a guide. I will get use the the new look but I think that it strange that you changed the forum when the old was nearly perfect.
You can use the search, that's what it is there for.
Alternatively, use the "Content" menu and filter your search results.
hmm... I loved before where I could use my Linkedin login and I had favorised all the great debates so I could easyli find the great posts.
Now I have to start all over
Initially, I had the very same impression. I got used to it now though, and it's not too bad (although I still prefer the old forum due to better readability and less "social" stuff).
One thing that helped me get used to this new style was setting Discussion and Comment Style Views to "Flat" (https://pisquare.osisoft.com/user-preferences!input.jspa).
I hope I will get use to it. But I am thinking of all the new users that will need to read all the guides to understand the forum. The old one didn't need any guides.
