You can check which databases are being audited on the PI Server by checking the value of the EnableAudit tuning parameter in PI SMT under Operations->Tuning Parameters in the General tab. To interpret the value of the tuning parameter, use the information from the description copied below.

the EnableAudit seems not evaluated. So can I say that the Audit for my 3 system is disabled?
That is correct. You are currently using the default value of 0 and auditing is not enabled..
