I would recommend that you contact technical support for this issue.
I have seen very few similar cases, and no one with the specific "C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft.vc90.crt_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_9.0.30729.6161_none_08e61857a83bc251\MSVCR90.dll".
So I see two things could be done:
- Configure AD Plus to get a crash dump: KB00046 - How to get a hang or crash dump and how to obtain and use debugging tools. Next time the issue occurs contact techsupport, they will provide you an FTP link where you can upload the crash dump. And one of our PI Data Access Specialist will have a look.
- Try to install a newer PI SDK version 2014 R2 RC wich fixes know issues below --> only techsupport can provide you with this file.
