Log ID 2231, 2232 "Throttling rate of incoming events" - is this a problem?

On my PI Data Archive servers, in the Message Log, I'm seeing a large number of messages with ID 2231 and 2232.  (+1000 messages per day)

 

Am I dealing with a real problem, or is PI just being chatty about performance tuning?
