I'm trying to connect PI server from external application using PI OLEDB provider but getting error like [PI SDK] Unable to open a session on a server. [-10734] PINET: Broken Connection. please any one help
It seems like a connection problem.
You can refer to this article to troubleshoot PI Client Connection problems.
Is it possible that you see this connection issue with an embedded or OEM PI System like Factory Talk? I saw you mentioning Factory talk at least once recently.
If this is an embedded or OEM PI System, we should take a closer look at the PI Message log but I suggest against doing this through the forum. Please let me know if you like me to create a support case for you or if you prefer contacting Technical Support directly.

The annual Software Reliance Program (SRP) fee includes Technical Support services. It's not free of charge. The reason you will be asked for a PI System serial number, a site name or number when contacting Technical Support is to evaluate your SRP status.
Please note that with embedded or OEM PI Systems, we provide second level support which means that OEM customers are supposed to contact the OEM vendor for first level support. Is your question related to an OEM or embedded PI System?
