In this online course, learning whiz Stuart walks you through how use to PI ProcessBook to visualize your process. Discover how to create a variety of displays including trends, bar graphs, and many other symbols that update in real time with your process data! Additionally, this course leverages the intuitiveness of the PI Asset Framework to easily find and incorporate asset information into your displays as well as build quickly reusable element relative displays.


This course is great for PI System beginners and is open to anyone who wishes to learn more about PI ProcessBook. Whether you're a process engineer, a plant operator, or anyone else interested in learning about the key features of PI ProcessBook, how to visualize process data, and create meaningful displays - then this course will be useful for you.


In order to follow along with the videos and complete the exercises, you will need:

  • Read access to a PI System (running and collecting data)
    • PI Data Archive
    • AF Server
  • PI ProcessBook
