No SCSI Cards available, What's the best replacement?

Our current PI interface PC's are 8 years old and are running Windows XP.

We're starting a project to replace them, but we can't find any SCSI Cards anymore. We have Bailey's INFI 90 and we're using OPC90 to read from Bailey. We can add a new card to Bailey with a daughter board that will make a Serial Port available, but that's expensive.

Is there anyone that makes a USB to SCSI cable?
