SELECT __utctime,*

FROM [piarchive].[picomp2]

WHERE  tag like 'SINUSOID'

AND time BETWEEN '*-5h' AND '*'

order by time desc

I get:

2017-04-10 01:19:16.000SINUSOID2017-04-10 03:19:16.000199.2950FalseFalseFalse
2017-04-10 12:49:46.000SINUSOID2017-04-10 02:49:46.000199.800730FalseFalseFalse
2017-04-10 12:02:46.000SINUSOID2017-04-10 02:02:46.000193.892030FalseFalseFalse
2017-04-10 11:11:16.000SINUSOID2017-04-10 01:11:16.000179.129550FalseFalseFalse
2017-04-10 09:26:16.000SINUSOID2017-04-10 11:26:16.000135.492470FalseFalseFalse

Both time columns (UTC and local) are formatted with a 12 hour clock without showing AM or PM!

My computer is set up for a 24 hour clock.  Is there a way to force the format to 24 hours?
