I'm logged into PI Square but whenever I try to connect to TechSupport it shows me as not logged in and when I try to log in again I get
"The Requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. Your support ID is....."
This is happening on two completely different machines (my work laptop and my client laptop). I've scanned the machines for viruses, etc and deleted browsing history and cookies but it still occurs.
This was all working fine up until a couple of weeks ago. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
