I need a little help. I'm trying to check that some emails have gone out from the PI AF server, as a supplier claims they are not receiving them. The Notification rule shows as healthy and is selected to run, the attribute for the trigger shows a value, and when I view the email contents in HTML view everything looks fine. I use to be able to do the email history check in a previous version of the Af client but since upgrading I can't find it! Think I'm going mad. Where do I check that the email has actually been sent without asking our IT guys for the emails logs from the email server??
I've checked the event frame for the trigger and it stopped when the emails stopped and the error within the email I have received from the vendor is...
That would suggest the PI Af and PI server are not talking but why would that stop further event frames from being generated??
