If you can still view trends in ProcessBook and get data in DataLink, then this might relate to the analysis (my own experience). Check your analysis for any circular references (an expression that has the input from and output to a same tag).
If that is the case, other users have suggested solutions https://pisquare.osisoft.com/thread/32370-a-circular-reference-was-detected-in-attribute.
Thanks for replying and suggestions but this is regarding to af explore is not opening due to posted error.
This is right after installing pi server and af server in new VM.
Kindly help me with this if possible.

If you are failing from the local server that AF is installed on then there's a few things to look into.
First of, please double check and make sure that the PI AF Application Service found in Services.msc is running. If not please start that service.
Secondly, please make sure that the IP address returned from the error message: 10.zz.yy.xx is the IP Address of the AF Server machine.
Finally, if the above 2 fails, please take a look at the AF Event Viewer logs. Perhaps there is more information there.
Change the logon of the AFService to a user with access to the database PIFD.
Could you try running the PI System explorer with administrative privileges?
