What is running your PI Vision app pools? A custom domain account or the default Network Service? If you are planning to use Kerberos and you have a custom domain account running those application pools, then yes Adi is right in that you need to set up SPNs. The commands to do this can be found at this link: https://livelibrary.osisoft.com/LiveLibrary/content/en/vision-v1/GUID-68329569-D75C-406D-AE2D-9ED512E74D46, which is a sub page to the one Adi gave. This link also details how to set up delegation.
If you are using the default account to run the application pools then this is the link of interest: https://livelibrary.osisoft.com/LiveLibrary/content/en/vision-v1/GUID-799220A0-4967-45CE-A592-45E3FC10C752. Note that the user you are logging into PI Vision with needs a mapping on the data archive to search for tags.
Have to checked your PI trust has host name or FQDN? If not can you try to add FQDN in your trust.
