I am looking at one of the video and the analyses tab in the bottom left is not showing for me.
Do I need to install something else ? Do I need to activate a flag of some kind ?
You may need to go to Add/Remove Programs on your client computer and Change the AF Client install to include the Analysis tab.
That is what I though but I did not want to play with the install without to be sure
I will keep the group posted on my result
Try this... (right click)
Thank you for the info, as obvious as it look's like I never tried it
I just did and I don't see the notifications and analyses option. So I am going back to the installation to see if I missed something
thanks again for the quick response
Steve Boyko is correct, the Management tab (old name was Analyses tab) is installed with PI System Explorer (AF Client) as an opt-in feature.
For the Notifications tab, are you currently using legacy Notifications (2012 or older) or the new Notifications (2016 R2 or newer)? If you are using the newer Notifications, the database level control is in the Management tab as well. If you are using the legacy Notifications system, we'd recommend upgrading, but if you need the tab, you need to run the PI Notifications install kit and only select "client" in the feature selection list.
Hope this helps,
This is what I have when I go back to the install and do a modify
I have no place to check "Analyses" or "Notifications"
Sorry for the trouble.
I am sorry, I pass through the post again and I saw that the "Management" tag seem to be replacing the Notification and the Analyses tab.
it is still early on my side
Thank you very much
