You can try adding performance counters on AF server.
1) Disk space, CPU and Memory
2) Health (1= PI AF server is running and communicating successfully with SQL Server)
3) Analysis service
4) AF notifications

Most of the heavy-lifting work in AF Server is done by MS SQL Server in the backend. Therefore you won't be able to find too many purely AF server-related performance counters other than what Lal Babu Shaik already pointed above nicely.
