Tried extracting a list through PIConfig and used that list for delete the tags stored. It returned the same fault: 11002 Record Header Data Mismatch.

This error message is usually indicative of a corrupt archive. Did the PI server experience an ungraceful shutdown recently? And does Error [-11002] appear when you query data for the tags that fail to delete?

The archive is corrupt - it needs to be reprocessed. It's probably not the event queue.
Since you are trying to delete tags, it is likely the primary archive that is corrupt. You can't take that offline while PI is running to reprocess it. You will have to either A) force an archive shift to make a new primary archive file, or B) shut the PI archive subsystem down temporarily. OSIsoft normally recommends B.
The steps are in 2367OSI8 that you linked to.
Thank you for your answers.
We have tried reprocess without success. Are there a way to see where the problem occur?
I have now been able to delete all tags. I don't know why but I was somehow able.
I recommend you engage OSIsoft technical support to help with the reprocessing. It's hard to diagnose that here and they will be able to help you pretty quickly with an online session.
