PI Web API client library for Python ERROR

The PI Web API client library for Python  is not working. The GitHub website gives a "Page not found" error. Is there any recommendations to install this library if the GitHub page is down? Can I alert someone that the page is down and not working?

I am trying to follow this tutorial, which has worked fine for me before.

I get this following code when the command is run:

      Collecting git+https://github.com/osimloeff/PI-Web-API-Client-Python.git
        Cloning https://github.com/osimloeff/PI-Web-API-Client-Python.git to c:\users\cneary\appdata\local\temp\pip-req-build-6ptxwp
      remote: Repository not found.
      fatal: repository 'https://github.com/osimloeff/PI-Web-API-Client-Python.git/' not found
Command "git clone -q https://github.com/osimloeff/PI-Web-API-Client-Python.git c:\users\cneary\appdata\local\temp\pip-req-build-6ptxwp" failed with error code 128 in None
