It would mean that the connector is not able to connector to your OPC Server endpoint defined in the admin page. You can confirm by looking at the Event Viewer Logs -> PI Connectors. Also, confirm that you can connect properly with an OPC UA client. Then, insure that your connection string matches what you have on the client and decide what encryption and authentication you are using.
If your OPC Server requires Certificate to whitelist the connector review the logs on the both the connector and your OPC Server. The connector User Guide goes into details on how to approve your server and adding its cert to the trusted folder

I notice that may certificate was not on the trusted folder and works fine and connects to the opc server.
