connect asset framework to Oracle

I'm having the following challenge.

I have an asset framework filled with useful data. My colleague want to use some of this data in his
database (an Oracle Apex type). So in short we want to launch a query to AF giving back a list. Running this query every time we start the Oracle database
(or once a day) will keep the Oracle up-to-data with the AF.

How can I do something like this? De PI database has a OLEDB interface but AF not. The only way I can communicate with AF (where I’m aware of) is by the .net SDK but this I can’t
use from within Oracle. I’m looking for something like SQL server or REST….

Maybe I have to buy another interface for PI but what?
