Web API crashes

Hi there,

 

I am trying to use the webapi to index my databases for PIVision, however it keeps crashing with the following

Every time I start it in the Windows Services control panel, it seems to run for a few seconds, then stops and this is in the Event Viewer logs.

I saw a similar thread logged a few years ago, but there was no solution that I could see. Any help is appreciated
